Boost Your Practice

New Year’s Resolutions don’t work. But mutual accountability does. I’m looking for a small group of people that want to boost their practice with me.

2020 has been quite the year. Today is the winter solstice and it’s time to turn our face towards the light. We want to get our bodies and our minds ready for what is new. We want our hearts and our souls to align with our highest intentions. This is a time to align. And to create.

I’ve been building a Mastermind program and I want to test our mutual accountability tool. I want to welcome a few of you into the experiment. This is not the Mastermind, this is a test of one of our tools.

In order to do anything well you need to be aligned with yourself. You need a mindfulness practice. You need some form of exercise. You need food that does you well. And you need a structure for your creative work.

When you sign up to “Boost Your Practice,” you’ll be making a commitment to yourself and to a cohort of people. You are going to be accountable in your commitment to practice. Because no one can do it alone. And we are what we frequently do.

We are doing this for one moon cycle.

From the New Moon of January 13 to the New Moon of February 11.

Here are the parameters:

  • Wake up by 6AM

  • Commit to the meditation, exercise and eating practices of your choice.

  • Commit to at least one hour of focused, uninterrupted, creative work. This could be an artistic endeavor and it can also be the project you have been trying to build.

  • Commit to a 10 minute morning check-in with the group

  • Commit to a weekly call with the group

Have a wonderful and restful holiday. And take a moment to connect with yourself on this solstice.
