Psychedelics and the We Space
I’ve been impressed by the word of Nectara, and by the gentle and clear stewardship of Pascal Tremblay. Nectara is a community that helps people find support for their psychedelic journey. It wants to help people translate their psychedelic experience into lasting positive change.
Some time ago Nectara invited me into a conversation on Men, Psychedelics and Trauma. And now Pascal invited me back to dive more deeply into a conversation about my approach to healing work and my thoughts on psychedelics.
Here I talk about how the story of healing can itself become a trap. I share some of my own growth, as I learn to find the Divine in the mundanity of every day rather than only to seek it in the ecstatic experience.
We talk about community as an act of resistance and about my commitment to the understanding that the best integration is done together.
There are very personal, individual parts to our journey of healing and transformation. But we still heal best in community, and when we grow and transform, it is also for community.
Enjoy the interview.
