This Saturday, November 20, we launch Six Weeks of Tonglen. A practice of courage and compassion.
It would be great to see your face at 9:30AM East on Saturday, November 20, just for an hour. But please know that you are welcome to practice with us even if you can’t make it on Saturday.
Our commitment is to make time to individually practice for at least six minutes every day for six weeks. And we’ll practice together every Saturday morning, once a week, until January 1st.
In the first two weeks, we will practice for ourselves.
In the second two weeks, we will practice for the people that we love.
And in the last two weeks, we will practice for the world.
